Appointment Reservation Policy 

When booking a lash extension service, please keep in mind that the service takes up to 2 hours. If you have damaged lashes from a previous artist it would best for you to reach out for a consultation before scheduling an appointment.

A $20.00 Non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED to book any lash extension appointment a $10 deposit is required for any Brow Sculpting appointment. Deposits are transferable but Non - Refundable. These deposits do go towards your service.

I do not work over other lash artist work. If you have on lashes done by another artist at the time of your appointment you should book a lash removal & bath along with a new Full Set. If you book for a fill in to be done over another artist work without booking the removal your appoinment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Please come to your lash appointment with clean lashes. This means there should not be any eyeliner, mascara, or foundation residue on the lashes. If this is the case you will be charged $10 for a lash bath.

No children and no extra guest are allowed in the service area.

Tardiness/ Cancellation Policy

All clients will be given a 10 minute grace period, after which you will have to pay a $10.00 late fee. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled. No call No shows will not be able to transfer their deposit and may be charged 80% of the service. If you are running more than 10 minutes behind pleases call so that the proper accommodations can be made for you. In the event that your artist is running more than 10 minutes behind schedule, you will be given a courtesy call to be updated on any delays. 

All clients are allowed to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance of their appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will require a new deposit for the rescheduled appointment. Same day cancellations less than 4 hours in advance will be charged 70% of the remaining balance.

As we know things come up and we may need to alter our appointment dates and times. Due to the demand for appointments you are given 2 chances to reschedule your appointment after the 2nd attempt you will need to pay a new deposit. 

 

Lash Extension Fill In Policy

Fill ins: To maintain the health and appearance of your extensions fill ins are recommended every 2-3weeks. This ensures optimal care for you lash extensions and natural lashes. Anything after 3weeks is a full set and should be booked accordingly. Lash baths are included with fill in appointments, however clients should still arrive with clean lashes free of dirt, oils and makeup. If lashes are not cleaned you will be charged an additional $10 for a Deluxe Lash Detox Cleansing. If you can count the number of lashes you have remaining on each eye, this is an indicator that a full set should be booked. 

After 3 fill ins it is recommended that you book for a full set. Fresh lashes = healthy lashes.

Flossy Skin Artistry retains the right to refuse  service based on Service Provider’s professional opinion. Service Provider also has the right to call 911 or refer Client to further medical attention if deemed necessary by Service Provider or any other health care provider.
